Editing Guide

A short map to every central content, design, link, and policy control.

Central content sources

Open content/site-content.ts for site settings, categories, reviews, authors, links, and policies. The 30 researched wellness posts are in content/wellness-articles.ts.

Brand, contact, colors, logo, favicon, hero image

Edit the settings object. Replace the hero file in public/wellness-hero.webp or change its path and alt text.

Navigation and categories

Edit navigation or categories. Category archive routes use each category slug automatically.

Reviews and affiliate URLs

Edit reviews and affiliateLinks. Replace every #insert placeholder with a verified URL before publication.

Articles and buying guides

Edit content/wellness-articles.ts for posts and the guides record in site-content.ts for buying guides. Keep source links and review dates current.

Authors and medical reviewers

Edit authors and medicalReviewers. Add only real people with verified credentials and confirmed review participation.

SEO fields

Edit seoDefaults and each review’s seo object. Article pages automatically publish Article schema from their records.

Legal and policy text

Edit legalPages and policy sections. Have the final text reviewed by a qualified US legal professional.

Newsletter and contact delivery

The forms currently validate and display success/error states. Connect their submit functions in app/site-app.tsx to your approved provider.

Layout and typography

Edit app/globals.css. CSS variables at the top mirror the brand colors in the content settings.

Pre-publication checklist: verify every product fact and external URL; replace all placeholders; review medical and affiliate disclosures; confirm author and reviewer credentials; and obtain appropriate US legal review.
